Welcome to The Dearest Project!

The Dearest Project is a place where people can submit letters they have written to loved ones who have passed, including pets, to be posted here on this website. The intention for this project is for it to help people who have lost loved ones on their healing journey, let them realize that there is a community of people out there who are going through it too, and to help those who haven’t lost a loved one perhaps gain a bit more insight into what it is like to grieve.

If you would like to submit a letter, please email it to submissions@thedearestproject.com. All submissions will be posted in the appropriate category. Letters do not have to contain actual names, and no email addresses will be posted with the letters. Also, feel free to include a picture with your letter if you wish. Please note that by submitting, you are agreeing to allow your letter to possibly be read to audiences attending any performances or lectures that have to do with The Dearest Project. Pictures would possibly be used as well. No names or contact information will be given out.
